Hello Brent & welcome,
I would like to take this opportunity to volunteer my car for any dual exhaust oval tip setups you need to try.
You really need some better representation down here in San Diego, and I'm just the guy to help you out - haha.
Can't blame a guy for tryin' - right?

Sorry guys...I mean 2.2.....not 2.4....
They have me on this great stuff- Darvocet ......not to mention the stuff they injected into me yesterday has still not worn off....
What did the doctor call it...his own special margarita mix...thats right......
You will have to excuse me until next week when I get back to work.......I just didnt want to say hello then drop off the face of the earth for a week or two......
I have been following the 2.2 because it seems like such a different step for Honda....
and because from what I understand, the 2.2 is an option in Japan where they are still offering the 2.0.......that they are just making the 2.2 the motor here in the states because people cant learn how to drive a car properly......
you guys can correct me if im misinformed.....
I have been watching because, as someone who has driven an S2000 several times before....
Im not really sure of what to think of what they did to the car....
I mean I like the idea of a little more low end power....but if it means that feeling in the upper RPM from the 2.0 motor is gone, then I think Honda has made a mistake.......
thats what made the S2000 different when I drove it....the fact is was more motorcylce then car in the upper RPM band.....
ok...im rambling now....going back to bed....Ill be back next week...

I'm anxious to see the power difference your $2,000 exhaust makes over the 5.9 pound $690 Veilside Titanium exhaust.
Also, I heard JIC is making the exhaust for you, can you confirm or deny that?
Regards,
Dusty

I'd just like to point out that one reason the Japanese exhausts are more expensive is because of shipping costs, third party markups, etc.
You drive your car into the Amuse factory, you get your dual Ti for under $1500.
So I'm disappointed that the Magnaflow isn't under that price.
