Use a long extension or breaker bar and tap it till it breaks free.

Slow constant torque will rip your stud right off.

Tap it and it will break free.

I just swapped on my winters and had a stuck nut as well. Quick bash on the lug wrench with a brick got it off where I think standing on the wrench and trying to twist it would've twisted and ripped off the stud.

This happened to me all summer because of my busted torque wrench. I was over-tightening and didn't realize it!

I used a rubber mallet to bang it a few times in all directions. It loosened it up enough to get off.

With anti-seize compound, is there any increased chance of the lug nut coming loose in normal operation?
Good question, I'd say that with the appropriate amount of torque it should be fine since we don't rely on the lugs themselves to fight the rotation of the wheel like if we had one big single center nut. Look at the axle nut, for example. It gets torqued to twice what a lug nut does, then it gets staked to make sure it doesn't loosen.

I'm just speculating though...

No. Anti-seize is not a lubricant. It's more of an anti-rust/anti-bonding coating. Some people add another 5-10 ft-lbs to their torque specs when using anti-seize on their lugnuts, but I don't know if that's really necessary.
