Low Voltage.. New ECU?

My guess is that your gauge cluster is somehow not working properly.

If I understood correctly Obd devices are working properly, but you are just getting error of voltage from ecu? This could be normal. Looks like there is only one 12V pin on obd connector and it's powered from battery.
I was able to open up the cluster and turns out the bulbs were burnt out. Now it starts up as it should. I'm wondering if the brake and oil flash due to the burnt out bulbs. Kind of like a secondary warning if the first one doesn't work. It hasn't flashed again but I really haven't driven it enough to be sure.

Now I'm dealing with error code p0325. Just ordered a new knock sensor. Hoping that does the trick.

Thanks for checking the 12v pin on the obd connector. it's reassuring that this is normal behavior. I think this saved me replacing the ecu.
