Low rpm on startup (vid)

There's some white smoke in the morning, dunno if it's coolant burning or moisture..
I did rev it during the afternoon, and saw just the smallest bit of white smoke.
I read white smoke is indicative of coolant burning, but it's such a small amount it's hard to tell for sure.

White smoke (steam) is indicative of water in the cylinder. The heat of combustion turns it to steam, which you see as white smoke from the tailpipe.
So yeah, coolant leaking into cylinder causes white smoke. If it goes away after running for a few min, that could mean its a slow leak, which pools over time while sitting, so you get some smoke, then it goes away. The miniscule amount that leaks in while running doesn't make enough smoke to notice.
The real danger here is if it sits long enough and pools enough you could hydrolock your cylinder and destroy your motor on startup.
Of course, a byproduct of normal combustion is water, so you can get white smoke on startup that is totally normal (but that usually only happens if its very cold out, which right now its not).

10/08 Update: Discovered spark plugs were covered in gasoline, replaced the fuel injector that was causing the leak. Replaced coolant temp sensor. Ran fuel injector cleaner through system. Problem still exists. I give up for now.
08/22 Update: Adjusted my valve clearance and replaced battery, still not fixed. will test fuel pressure next.

this is when engine is not even started yet:
this is when engine is warmed up. Idling:
my TP% is always at 4.7%, is that an issue?
Also, i just got a CEL P0128, its probably the coolant temp sensor my mechanic replaced, need to tell him to get that fixed.
My coolant temp kept rising and rising during idle, it hit 112C.
Did some googling, and a bad thermostat is possible too.
