ur o2 sensor on the cat is done. i would check to see if the cat is on its way out too. that would be a good excuse to get a test pipe.

Yeah, I had that code. The sensor was bad because the front honey comb in the cat came loose and knocked the tip off the sensor. I had the low rpm bogging/hesitation. It didn't rattle either.

Just out of curiosity, is your air pump working? I was thinking that might of had something to do with my cat messing up since I've not had one for the past 3 years or so. Then again, it could be the 168,000 miles too

I'm not sure about the air pump. Is there an easy way to check?

I'm a believer in the test pipe. I do have a question. Do I still need to buy a new sensor if I get the test pipe? Or do I use the workaround?

I guess its time to start searching the forum's for a test pipe

CEL wont reset after pulling the fuse and a 5 min Idle. I think I'm going to need to get my test pipe.

You'll have a P0410 code

Finally got this fixed. Bad Catalytic converter which destroyed the O2 sensor. I was also the source of the rattle under my car.

Got a test pipe from Vivid and all is good.
