Low mileage S2k - sluggish accleration.

Got the car out tonight. In 6th gear at low rpms the car does accelerate. Next, I got on the highway (regular speed) and once on the highway I dropped from 6th to 4th and didn't experience any weird loss of power like I did before...

As of last night, it appears to be fine. But the scenario described in the first post has happened before. Maybe three or four times in the past year or so.

seems like it could be a fuel issue, do you let the car sit for long periods of time since it only has 12k miles on it. and if so do you let it sit with a low amount of gas in the tank... if so then more of a chance of clogged injectors.
