Loud Valves?

So I've been noticing lately how loud my vales really are even while driving down the road (I'm assuming it's the valves). Is there a certain point where I should be concerned, or is loud valves just part of S2000 ownership? Would it possibly indicate a need for a valve adjustment? Thanks

Valve train on the S2000 is noisy, as are the injectors. Often times injector noise is mistaken for valve noise though.

Valve adjustment certainly couldn't hurt, as some recommend it as frequently as every 25k miles. It's a fairly straight forward task, and requires a $5 set of feeler gauges aside from standard tools. Takes me about 30 minutes start to finish, and about 60 min my first time. You can also inspect your valve retainers while it's apart.
