Loud screech on start up?

Loud screech on start up?
Just curious do any of you get a loud screech on a cold start? From time to time I get a loud screech sound on cold start, it only happens for like 1 sec then goes away. Anyone know what it could be?

Need a new serpentine belt? maybe tensioner? screeching my be caused by this slipping either due to excess slack or one of the belt driven attachments not turning freely... Good luck on the diagnosis.
