Hi guys cars running rough throwing blinking engine light

codes are as follows p1399 - p0411 secondary air injection - p0325 knock sensor

p0301 02 03 04 Misfire on all four cyl.

I just had my clutch done with lighten flywheel is it coralated??
as my engine is spinning faster and meesing with the computer emm brain ????????????????????

were do i go from here car is a ap1 2001 76k
been threw 5 cluthes I drive very hard threw the mountains daily.

They messed up the install. Sounds like they missed a ground or didn't plug in a sensor. The LWFW has no effect.

Yeah they may have forgotten to plug some stuff in but the knock sensor could be because they damaged it. I saw a thread in the last month or two about the knock sensor being damaged if your not careful. Flywheel itself won't cause those issues.
