My cousin has a '03 with about 24,000 miles with air filter and exhaust. He opened his oil cap while the engine was running and the air coming out of it is very strong. I have a '00 with just an air filter and I don't feel the air "blow-by" at all.I tried to use the search feature but it's says there is an error...any ideas would be very helpful.

It's normal, just put the oil filler car back on.

The PCV valve is open with the engine running at idle, you'll be hearing lots of air moving from the oil filler hole.
