Lost Powerband in First....Help, anybody!
After a fun ride in my "sports car" I smelled some burning from under the hood. Concerned me at first but chalked it up to pushing things a little. Didn

I thought it was the clutch too but I just read another post about oil. I had some oil on the engine which is what I thought the smell was. Worse though is the VTEC powerband. How hard is it to screw these things up? 90mph quickly and a donut and I get nothing in first. Get to second and everything is back to normal. I appreciate it!! I am by no means a wizard when it comes to cars.
