Take it to a shop or buy the gear.

Numbers should be over 200 and above or at least pretty close to each other if they are low you would need new piston rings

Any chance you read the dipstick incorrectly ?. It's happened to me before.

I've seen the dipstick read fully full upon pulling it out initially, then after wiping it off and reinserting it into the dipstick hole and pulling it out again and taking a reading the level was below the lowest mark. There is also a difference in readings between the two sides of the dipstick but the difference wouldn't be that large.

You might have read it wrong a couple weeks ago where it could have read higher than it actually was, and after a bit of use it dipped down below the low mark ?. It won't read low in error, but it can read high in error. I've had that happen to me and the results can be really bad.

That is right I may have read it wrong when I first check so may have not used as much then But it is on the low mark check a few times this morning plus I found out that who ever had the car before me put 0w 30 in it could that be why it is burning it?
