Default Lost alot of power, running rich?

At first my car (MY2000 AP1) started to loose power once its warmed. (3bar on water gauge), now its gone worst cold or warm its still powerless... the MPG have dropped quite alot as well, and it feels like its got too much fuel but cannot be burnt off... feels like its got 160bhp instead of 240bhp.

it takes alot longer to reach vtec!

thre are no codes, i have recently changed all fluids and OEM plugs

cleaned ICV and MAP (could it be a faulty map sensor?)

car is stock except mugen filter and decat

Thanks
Kevin

Only a suggestion, and waiting for others to chime in, but have you tried resetting the ECU by pulling the fuse at the driver's footwell?

I would check the valve retainers if I were you and maybe get a valve adjustment depending on your miles. Also you might want to clean the injectors.

It could also be the 02 sensor going bad as that is what gives feadback to the ecu about how much fuel to add. Although if it was gone their should be a code.

I would have someone check it out if you think it is an issue. it could be lots of things.
