lost 1st & 2nd Gear?!

If you can get into gear, it's not likely a clutch issue. If it'll go into 3rd with the same clutch you use for 1st and 2nd suggesting it's clutch is not logical.
You have a transmission issue. You most likely need a new one if 1st and 2nd are locked out.
What you could try is to slip the clutch slightly as you try to push it into 1st. If this works it means your syncro is fried and is unable to move the gears into alignment. You should also try rowing through the gears one the way down 4, 3, 2, 1 and see if lining up the gears works.
Frankly, I think you fried a tranny and will need to replace it.

i almost never skip gears while up & down shifting,
i dont think slipping the clutch would make the gear engage,
anyways the car is setting at home in my country since that day & now im in USA
so im not going home for like 9 month,
so i'll have open the tranny and see what broken or just get a used one

Had a similar issue, though not as severe... I couldn't get it into 1st without enough force to hurt my arm, 2nd was difficult and reverse was the same as 1st. Turned out to be my CMC fluid... after a drain and refill, there have been no further similar issues for about a year now.
Of note, I could get it into 1st and reverse with zero issues when the car was turned off, it was only with it started that I had the issue. Can't say I know why, I don't know enough about how the clutch cylinders work to say.

Just a thought after doing some hard 1-3rd pulls myself i noticed i couldnt get the car to go into gear without rev matching. it turned out that my act clutch had a spring pop half way out and never stoped touching the flywheel. just a thought. btw it made a really bad noise when starting off in first. maybe like a squiky grinding grabby noise lol
