Have you also noticed recently that it is getting hotter out? and that you do a fair bit of sitting in traffic or at red lights? if so it is probably heat soak, not much you can do about it.

Another thing could be a clogged cat. Sometimes it won't throw a CEL and once warmed up the cat could possibly be restricting the exhaust. Just a suggestion

what intake setup do you have - oem air box, oem air box with lid removed, aftermarket intake ?, if it is any of the two last setups I listed then that would explain your issue. If it is the oem setup then I don't know what else to suggest other than normal heat soak like mentioned above. In high heat conditions the ecu gets more conservative with timing plus high temp air results in lower power. How are your coolant temps ?, normal ?

Thanks for the reply guys

my current set up:

closed Stock air box with Mugen filter
63mm test pipe

if i run a spoon type intake duct with the OE airbox will that help?

the difference in power is night and day, once warmed its really really slow

IAT= intake air temperature, not sure how to read it tho, I think you can use a scan tool. cant see heat soak being a problem with just those mods.
