I'll bet it's just the richness.

Before we changed over to an AEM EMS, our CTSC was super rich below VTEC and almost dangerously lean at crossover.

low 10's in some places last time I checked at WOT. my gauge doesn't go lower than 10. Hard to read now if it bogs down under WOT.

This is most likely the issue. Not much else to look at until you fix how rich it is running..
