loss of power in 2nd

i just installed my injen intake- sounds awesome btw- BUT i have a heavy loss of power in second gear. pickup in first is awesome but as soon as i shift, it revs to about 5k rpms before catching. i need HELP! anyone have any idea whats going on? please help me out. is it normal or is my tranny going?

Do the revs go up and the car doesn't accelerate?

yeah it just feels like its not catching till higher rpms, almost feels like the clutch is half in with the way it accelerates and doesnt catch, but its after the shift that im having the problem
