Loose Clutch!

Loose Clutch!
Well today driving to work, I noticed that when I push down on the clutch, it felt too easy, too loose. I had no stiffness until I got a little more than 1/2 way down. On the way back home, I noticed it again and it seemed to have gotten worse. When I parked at my house, the sniffness came back to almost normal in the driveway. What could be going on? Does this mean my clutch is going? It shifts with no problems. It's been running great before this.
Thanks...

Maybe old clutch fluid or air bubbles in the clutch system? Bled and refilled my clutch fluid this weekend and the clutch pedal action feels noticeably better.

I checked the clutch fluid. It's about halfway now. The the clutch reservoir looks empty. Not sure if that's normal.... Which clutch oil should I use and could I get it at any auto parts store? What else could if be if it's not the fluid?

^^ Sounds like you're low on fluid... Not 100% sure, though, since my clutch fluid has always been full. Any DOT 3 brake fluid is fine for the clutch (it's the same stuff). Honda sells its own blend.

Sounds like you have a leak.
For fluid, grab a bottle of Valvoline "ABS" dot3/4 brake fluid from Kragen/Autozone etc. This is the same silver bottle that XViper used in his DIY write-up. I personally use ATE Super Blue brake fluid, but that is usually only available at race/performance shops and you might not have time for that.
If you haven't done the DIY for this before (sounds like NO) then this would be a good time to learn. The system is really very simple, and you can check the line under the car that ends up at your bleeder valve to look for a leak. Yes you'll have to get under the car.
If it is not a hose leak, your master cylinder may be shot.
Good Luck,

Thanks guys. I'll be doing that first thing tomorrow morning. One real stupid question first. I just want to make sure I'm checking the right fluid. I don't have the manual. The clutch fluid is located in front of the clutch reservoir. Or...... look at the engine when the hood is up. It's on the right hand side toward me in front of the reserviour, noticably different in size?
Thanks once again...
