Default Loose bolt....or vent?

i was under the car today and there is a loose 14mm bolt right behind the engine mount on the passenger side.

nothing is leaking out of it and it really doesnt look like it holds anything together..its just sorta there by itself going into the tranny..

is it supposed to be loose (like some sort of vent for the tranny) or should it be tight?

picture would've been nice. But 14mm is pretty big size to be loose... I'd tighten it

I would tighten it as well. Shouldnt have anything there venting out of the tranny threw a bolt.

Edit: should read better

Its a bell housing bolt if its going into the transmission. A picture would help out a lot.
