Thanks for the information. As suggested I have decided to stick with a stock clutch replacement. Just dropped off my car the other day to get it done. quoted about $930 or something which seemed pretty good after the Honda Dealer told me about $1200.

Is the Throwout Bearing the same thing as the Clutch Release Bearing?

Yes. There are only two bearings associated with the clutch. The release bearing (throw out) and the pilot bearing in the flywheel.

x2. Billman can you please elaborate? i'm planning to go with Hardtopguy's clutch kit which includes: "Ap1 flywheel, ACT HD pressure plate, OEM disc, and OEM throw out bearing"
