Did you search before hand? Anyways, basically do this. Unplug all the sensors in the engine bay and transmission. Remove intake, heat shield, exhaust manifold, alternator, starter and ac compressor. Disconnect driveshaft and swing it out of the way. Go ahead and lower the front subframe a couple of inches so you have enough room to reach top bolts on transmission. Disconnect transmission bolts. Pull it off. Then you can either drop the subframe completely with jacks or pull out the engine with a picker. That's the jist of it anyways...

Disconnecting all electrical connections under the hood is bad advice.
So is removing the starter.
So is lowering the sub frame without taking proper precautions relating to the engine wiring harness.

Yup.
If its your first engine removal ever.. Basically you have to disconnect anything that goes from the engine to the chassis (or something attached to the chassis). This involves radiator hoses, heater hoses, intakes, exhaust manifold, fuel lines, etc. it's always a good idea to remove the radiator to keep it from any unnecessary damage. The harness can be unplugged from the ECU inside the car and pulled out to be removed with the engine (you dont need to disconnect it from the engine while its in the bay) disconnect steering shaft from rack.
remove the center console and shift knob, disconnect driveshaft, unbolt slave cylinder.
properly support the subframe and transmission.. unbolt trans crossmember, lower ball joints on each side and subframe.. lift car away while watching for anything you may have missed (there's always something)
Thats the gist of it. If you've never done anything like it, I highly suggest inviting a friend over who has.

The Honda shop manual has a perfect step by step procedure for this.
Get yourself some 2x4 wood studs and cut them to size to brace the front subframe so you can lower it after loosening the support bolts, like it is pictured in the shop manual.
An extra set of hands really helps when it comes to pulling and re-installing the tranny.
