The hoses shown in the pics above are not good for this application. They will collapse under vacuum. Add in engine heat and they'll be flat in no time.

You get obtain "pretty" vacuum hoses in a multitude of bright colors.
I used to work with those internally braided "Tygon" tubing in the lab for years. They were great for carrying "pressure". Crap for "vacuum". This has been reported here also by those who have had these on their cars for even a short time.

Dave is right, they will collapase eventully, I have swapped them with some hardcore oil lines.

Performance always comes first.

Eh...the part itself really does nothing for performance anyway. Its just another chrome piece under the hood.

napa did not have the rubber hose. i do not wanna use the collapsing ones. where else can i find them?

Get fuel lines from pepboys... those lines are strong enough so they WONT collapes in a vacuum

what sizes do i need? do you have a pic? when i see fuel line i think metal piping
