Default Long-term vehicle storage bags

So I'm moving to Japan for the next 3 years and its come to my knowledge that i would spend more money making my car legal in japan than it would cost to buy a decent set of wheels once i get there. I have read the winter storage DIY/Guide but i have herd of these big sealed bags you can put your car in. They include a big desiccant pillow to absorb moisture and since there sealed i wouldn't have to worry about mice or any other rodents.

Has anyone herd of anyone using one of these? The car wont be started for an entire year(at a minimum).

THIS is the one i have in mind.

A side question: If I'm putting the car on blocks/jackstands, is it okay to use the jacking points for an extended period?
