Is it requirement to constantly whine about this whole CARB thing if you live in CA?
The turbo offers more down low power... more mid-range power and more high end power. You have to ask yourself why you're considering a power adder. It comes at a cost ($$$) but you need to decide on what's right for you and your budget.
