I had the same problem, just on the oposite side. They both worked when I bought the car, then only the drivers side worked. Then out of no where, they both worked again. I just figured that it was plugged up.

Does anyone have their leak after they use window washer dispenser?
Mine on the drivers side, after I use it, and take a curve or make a turn, fluid comes out from some where around the washer dispenser, and spots the hood.
I guess I need to go to the dealership and ask for a replacement.

Before you hassle with the dealer, try taking the nozzles off. It is way easy, and fixed me up. Before you re-install, blow through them to make sure they are completely cleaned out.

Two root causes:
1) Wax build up on the nozzle.
2) Hard water leaving deposits on the nozzle.
Examine the nozzle.
Remove the nozzle and soak in "Dawn" detergent to remove wax. If it's hard water (i.e. Calcium deposit) soak in warm CLEAR water and agitate frequently. You may have to use a pin to clear it out.
