this is a photo of where leak is
That's a drain hole from the lower sill, looks like rusty water is coming out of it. Were you driving in the rain just before you noticed the fluid coming out of that spot ?. Maybe consider rust-proofing that area of the vehicle if you are going to keep it for the long term.
I've not been out in rain since I've had it. Its been in some light rain for a brief spell but thats it

hmmmm, well something has drained out of the lower sill area, it's not a fluid from any mechanical system from what I see in that pic.

this is the fluid, slight blue tinge. It appears to be reducing. May be its the washer reservoir and is dropping below the split?

Is your windshield washer reservoir bottle in that area, or are there some windshield washer hoses that run in that area ?. You may have a leak from the windshield washer fluid system from the bottle itself or some hoses. If the fluid leak ends up behind the side fender it will then drip out the drain hole in the body right in that spot Do you guys get temps running below freezing in your area ?, is there a chance the washer fluid bottle froze with water in it as opposed to proper washer fluid that is more freeze resistant ?, causing the bottle or hoses to split due to freezing. Over here we run washer fluid good to -40 degrees to be safe from freezing.
