Leak down test?

Im heading over to my budies after work to do a leak down test to make shure everything is good for the spring. Will i need to remove my wheel, i've left my lock key at home. Anything else I might need? First time doing it on this car.
The leakdown test involves pulling out the spark plugs and pressurizing the cylinders, to see how airtight they are.
