haha nothing too major about that leak. It's a valve cover gasket that you need to fix the problem. Very minor. All that is needed is to remove valve cover and put a new rubber gasket around it. Might cost 50 bux with parts and labor all included.

ahhh. ok. good to know it's nothing too serious.
is there anywhere that we can buy the seals for the sparkplugs and the valve cover?
or anyone have the part numbers?
figured if i can buy the parts from an online retailer like majestichonda then have someone change it for me .
it'd be alot cheaper than going straight through a repair shop.
thanks.

BEfore you change it, are you sure its not from spilling oil while filling up? Before taking off the valve cover unnecessarily and possibly scratching the wrinkle finish/contaminating the inside of the VC, why not clean off the oil (totally) and see?
1) Take off the spark plug cover
2) wipe down all oil that you can see, especially around spark plug #4.
3) wipe down the sides, where you show the oil is
4) wipe down BEHIND the engine, between the firewall. be careful there because theres a lot of sensors/wiring, dont break anything there..
5) wait for a while, see if the oil comes back.
I'd be willing to bet that the oil you see /that keeps coming back after you wipe where you see it, is trailing down from the oil cap to the back of the block, and its trickling down to the side where you actually notice it.

I have the same problem. I also leak from my oil cap, my guess the rubber seal in the bottom of the cap is worn out. But as stated all cheap fixes I'm waiting to do mine and watching my oil level until I can get my valves adjusted as well.

k. i cleaned it up, and filled it up with some more oil.
i also took out the coil packs and looked at the sparkplugs(didn't remove them) and they had no oil on them.
i guess now i'll just wait to see if it comes back. and i'lll report back?

Those pics are prime example of a Honda's oil leak. When you VTEC oil is all over the place in that valve cover, eventually some of it will seep out. These S2k's are pretty tight though. If you haven't removed that valve cover before, I'd assume someone has maybe twice on that gasket. Probably to check / perform a valve adjustment.
Since when is a Honda known to leak oil?

Almost every Honda I have seen eventually leaks a bit seepage near the exhaust manifold. Outside of new, low mile engines, or fresh gaskets I actually can't recall one with out a little build up usually lighter than in the photo. The build there seems to be well known in the South, not a big leak or even any burn off on most, but it's there.
I am not the only one either
