Ok, but what about the other end of the measurement? If that was rear subframe, that is adjustable. It can and does shift.

Do a search on how to adjust. The process is loosen 6 bolts, stick a big Philips screwdriver or similar tool into both rear alignment holes, and slide subframe around until inner hole aligns with outer hole. Torque bolts.

But first just eyeball or slide tools into alignment holes to see if its off before loosening anything.

This is potentially what caused their measurements to be off

Ever watch Dukes of Hazard? Or really any show or movie where a car makes a big jump? You can literally see the car crumple upon landing. Its destroyed. Now watch Fast and Furious 2. When they jump the drawbridge, all the cars jumping are done with cgi. They knew the cars would be destroyed. Except they did jump one for real. Suki's S2000. Rigged the car for remote control. In the movie she looses the front bumper, and some other light damage. That was real. The real damage the car suffered in the actual jump. These cars are very tough.

The bottom of the radiator support is TIN! I could literally bend it by kicking it with my foot.

If your radiator support is off, that is not structural.

Bring me the car and I promise to set it back to perfect in under 5 minutes.

There is nothing wrong with your frame. But to answer your question on cost, no charge. Just to prove the shop is incompetent by measuring off a non-structural member.

Number 11 in the link is what the shop is most likely referring to. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Everyone of you responded, I sincerely thank you. I wish you the best with your S2Ks ! Blessed to have such a great forum and community.

Now I will go troll the other sections on finding out the best suspension and tire options to build the best handling street car for summer driving in Chicago.

Go for a road trip when spring nice weather hits. Destination? Billman in New York. Take 4 days and have fun and get your car set up right. (Not just the frame but all the rest-check his link)
