koyo radiator problem

Yes! Since air is a less dense fluid than water/coolant mixtures, it allows the air to escape more easily. I have performed coolant drains and fills on two S2000s, and this procedure worked well.

Conversely, when draining the system, I elevate the rear of the car to assist the process.

yes, sir. i know that

but my point being, the bleeder valve being near the center of the car, wouldn't that be better just to leave it level? since we can't bend the center of the upward

Since the cooling system has dips and hills in the circuit, air will bleed out of the locally highest point of the system. If you elevate the front of the car you will get some purged air out of the bleed bolt and the rest out of the radiator fill port. This attitude will encourage a thorough bleed the first time. At least that is what I have experienced.
