Key Fob
Nightmare scenario. Just broken my master key fob "fob 1" (suspect it was the original spare as it does not feature a boot release or panic button). My "spare" has not worked for a while either ( I KNOW I shouuld have got a new one ).
So I've got my S2000 forlornly sat on my mums drive with no way of starting her (the car!).
Any advice appreciated, is Honda main dealership the best/ only option - I've got the Key Code Card still.
much appreciated all.

The fob doesn't control starting the car.
You can still manually unlock the door with the key and start it.
How did you "break" the fob? Unless you crushed it somehow, I don't see how you could break it in most cases.
Have you tried changing the battery? If the fob just stopped working, it's probably the battery. They don't last forever.
If the battery is fresh, you can reprogram the car/fob link. There is a specific set of steps to do, but I don't have it handy. You should be able to find it in a simple search.
Remember, the car is programmed to the fob, not the other way around.

Sabre,
If that's correct then I wont tell my mum in case she is tempted to go for a blast.
I broke it through drops and knocks over the years and tonight it just stopped working. Opened it up and one of contacts that holds the battery broke away from the circuit board. Tried to repair but to no avail.
Battery voltage is fine.
I'll try the old school unlock way tomorrow!
thanks!
