Default Kaaz's "PowerTrain Gear Oil - Anyone ever used it?

Iv actully had a can of this stuff sitting around for a while now. never had a car to use it in. So, question is, will it work? anyone tried it?
now that im commin up on 30,000 miles, figured if its good, might as well use it...
any problems with this?

I believe this product is designed to be used in front wheel drive transmissions. This should be used when the LSD and the tran are in the same housing, whereas our LSD in the differential.

not sure, all i know is i got a cam. hehe. and yes, i know we have a rear diff. thats where i inteded to put this. the weight seems about right but i wanted to see who has used it.

recomend im told is 75W-90 and this stuff is 80W-90. should be close enough, right?

Our LSD does NOT have clutch plates (so user beware!). 80W90 is fine.

(This is just me.) As long as I can get Mobil 1 gear oil, then no! This diff takes a lot of shit & abuse (the Kaaz still has the stock internals). I'd rather not be the "ginea pig".

well, i think i'll use it. its the right weight, it just has some additives. whats the worse that can happen. this is good stuff mind you, its like $50 a liter. might as well put it to use unles someone has some bad expirence with it.

duhh, i guess checking their page first would have helped...


A special blend oil made by KAAZ named "PowerTrain Gear Oil" can be used to keep your L.S.D. running for long hours under the best condition. The oil helps the clutch plates to grip and slip when needed.

KAAZ PowerTrain Gear Oil works for all transmission/L.S.D. uses.

-Our gear oil can be used on front drive manual transmission and rear drive final gear.
