K20 Clutch/Flywheel in F20?
Hey guys, the clutch on my s2000 is on its way out, and the reason I ask if the flywheel and clutch on the k20 and f20 is interchangeable is because I still have the flywheel (competition clutch ultra lightweight) and clutch (exedy stage 1) from my rsx type-s. According to this thread on crsx, it is interchangeable? I had my doubts so I looked at the spec for the disc on the exedy website. The spec for the rsx disc is on page 2 and page 86 for the s2000. The only difference on paper between the two is that the k20 disc is 2mm wider in diameter. I have the flywheel and clutch with me so if it helps, I can get measurements. It would be nice if I could just use what I have now instead of selling and buying new parts. What do you guys think? Any inputs/opinions/experiences would be appreciated

K20 one is a push clutch, F20 a pull. You may find the driven plate could be interchangeable, but the cover plates are very different.
The flywheels are different diameter and use different methods of location on the crank. The F20 also has the spigot bearing pushed into the centre of the flywheel whereas the K20 one has a bush pressed into the end of the crank.

Thanks for the quick reply Chris. I didn't know the pressure plate was that much different. Just thought that these parts might be interchangeable since the two engines are similar but I guess not. Again, thank you for the clarification
