Default K&N Air Filter for stock airbox

does K&N make a drop in air-filter for the s2000 stock airbox,

and if they do...does anyone have information regarding the performance improvement (if any) over the stock air filter?

Thanks.

K&N Does make a drop in filter. Performance wise...I don't think you get anything out of it.

It will not filter as well as oem, but I haven't read anything about that being a problem over a long period of time.

k&n does have 1... there isn't much a power increase.. may be .5 or 1.. depending on other mods... benefit is that you'll never to buy another filter.

i have comptech & i think it's better than k&n.. it picks up more dirt.

The only thing I notice was a tiny tiny whistling sound. Performance is next to nothing, unless you can tell the difference of 1hp.....if at that.

I only noticed a difference in sound with mine...little deeper of a grunt it seemed.

Gut your airbox for more sound but don't take off the lid you WILL lose power.
