Default Just swapped clutch

Just finsihed installing a fidanza 8lb flywheel and act full disc clutch and pressure plate along with oem honda flywheel pilot and through out bearing, everything went back together beautifully so it seemed.

When i pressed in the clutch pedal it was so heavy it would barly move and felt like it would snap if i pushed any harder, i looked at the slave clydiner and it was released all the way out and the clutch fork is stuck in the position as if the slave cylinder was pushing it all the way out.

the only thing i can think of is i used the oem disc that bolts onto the flywheel which is located in the center of the oem flywheel On the fidanza wheel. im sure u guys no what im talking about if not ill find a picture and post it. So i dont no if using that on the fidanza flywheel could cause such an outcome.

Besides that i am stumped tomorrow i will be unfortunetly taking the tranny back out so all the help from now till then would be great. thanks guys

Also if any1 has ran the fidanza 8lb with act clutch set up please leave your input.
Thank you agian.

lol no i didnt ,

well i took the tranny out and removed that oem flywheel disc i mentioned , that was the problem. It went back together and everything is fine. sense it was my second time around i had the job done using no instructions in 7 hours by myself . only assistance needed was dropping the tranny and throwing it back up. wasent really a bad job really at all . but anyway i only drove the car home so far so im just breaking the clutch in but the only downside is that the fidanza flywheel causes some vibration on decel. but besides that it catches very fast its gonna take alittle getting used to i havent had and act clutch and a lightened flywheel sense my type r like 3 years ago. but thanks for the input guys there is mine
