Did you check your electrical connection on the lower solenoid? Easy to miss/forget to reinstall it.
Yeah, i figured if it had been an issue with the install, it would have came up right after install. We had a meet in Pinehurst NC over the weekend. Ran the car pretty good, didn't have a problem or a CEL light. Has me puzzled.

Never reset the ECU for a CEL without pulling the code first. You'll loose the freeze data, and any shot of diagnosing it properly. If it's on, leave it on.

Scan, repair, then clear.
