Unless you know that you caused the CEL (by accidentally pulling off a wiring harness), you should always get the code, fix the problem, then reset. Once you clear the CEL, the code is gone till the light comes back. Now that it's back, get the code a post it up here if you don't have access to a code sheet.

Pull the code first. Go to your local Autozone/Kragen and borrow an ODBII for free. Get the code and post it here.
Did you check your electrical connection on the lower solenoid? Easy to miss/forget to reinstall it.

Never reset the ECU for a CEL without pulling the code first. You'll loose the freeze data, and any shot of diagnosing it properly. If it's on, leave it on.
