Default Just got an alignment

hey guys. just had an alignment done to my s, under heavy throttle, which is prolly 75% of the time lol, it seems like it is jerky and reacts very bad to small bumps in the high RPMS. any suggestions or is this normal bc i'm lookin for differences after the alignment? thanx for any suggestions. i've onwned the car since july 2006 and have put about 5500 miles on since i got it. i got the alignment done because the steering wheel was angled while i was driving straight.

What are your alignment specs? And what are your tire pressures?

i will have to go to the alignment place and get the specs. tire pressures are all correct. what it seems to do is dive down and to the left when letting off the gas at high rpms in a straight line and gunning it pulls up and to the right in a straight line.

thanx for the suggestion i will give it a try.its almost kinda scary to drive hard, bc when im going through the gears i let off the gas and get back on it for that quick moment between gear shifts i bet you the car moves from left to right a good 6 inches just from the time it takes in between shifts.

That sounds like a tire pressure issue.

+1. Double check them to be sure. Then try watchdogd's idea of swapping the tires (don't forget to swap back when you're done).

Gotta add a 'me too' to this post.

I had the exact same symptoms on my car. Posted about it on the S2KAtlanta forums and Modifry responded and predicted not only which tire was low but was within 1psi of guessing the exact pressure of the offending tire.

My driver's side rear tire was at 15psi when I checked it. If I remember correctly, the car pushed to the left under throttle and back to the right as I let off. (though I could be remembering that backwards)

What tire pressure are you running all 4's at ? I generally have mine at 32 psi all around.
