Just did cv bucket swap
And it fixed the horrible vibration and the axle click but now when I lift off of the gas pedal there is a slight vibration for a few seconds. Is this normal?

Your vibration must have been pretty bad. What you have done now is flipped the part that has caused vibration, and now it will be on hard decel, probably less pronounced however since less power being transmitted.
