I would inspect the spark plugs to make sure that they have been changed out at 100k and probably do a valve adjustment. If the spark plugs look new, I don't see any reason to change them out.
Change all fluids so you have a base line.

A new set of spark plugs is $40 and they come pre-gapped. Why not? Remove the plugs, do a compression and leak down test, and put the new plugs in. Replace the spark plug and valve cover gaskets. $15 worth of tools for the special wrench and bent feeler gauges puts your valves in order. Simple. Tedious, but simple.
Same with the fluids. As noted above change 'em all unless you have documentation so you have a baseline. Differential takes less than a quart and the gearbox two. 5 quarts of good engine oil and you'll feel better. Do you need full synthetic? Nope but you'll feel better about it and there's minimal extra cost. Read the oil posts as some guys experience oil use with changing to full synthetics. We all have brand loyalties as well. Royal Purple 10W-30 has worked very well for me.
Gear box and differential:
Brake/clutch fluids should be changed. Engine coolant needs to be changed every few years regardless of mileage too. Honda branded coolant recommended.
Brakes need checking.
Tires? Most important performance item on the car. Extreme performance summer tires if your seasonal temperatures remain high (you're in California?). Don't bother with the 16" OEM wheels. Find some AP2 (17") wheels and stock stagger tires. (A buddy picked up a set of AP2V1 wheels for $300 last fall.)
