The Oil Journals have a lot of good info on oil and filters for the S2000.

The choice of oil filters is very important for any car.ALL are a balance of filtration and flow.

I've raced with Wix filters and I have found that many times success of a part/fluid on a track will very often yield the same performance on the street.

I use Wix oil filters on ALL the cars listed below.

My 03S takes the Wix # 51334.

As always,IMO.

curious about the honda filter as well.
Here is the cut open PCX filter compared to the Jiffy Lube filter
The PCX has a lot more filter material and no plastic on the bypass valve.

I use commercial oil filters made by Baldwin. The filter I use on my '06 is quite a bit bigger than the Honda filter. The Baldwin B7042 filter measures 3 11/16" X 5 3/8" and I have to put about 6 qts. of oil when I do my oil changes.
