JIC coilover question?

What is best preload setting? I forgot what preload i used LOL. And am going to lower it some more and decided to check my preload.

What version of JICs do you have? BTW, there is a link in my sig. about preloading the JICs.

I meant old or new FLT-A2s. The originals were 7K front / 8K rear. I think the new ones are 10K front and back. That will change how much preload you need.
