This just bites! All I have ever read about Mike Simon now comes under question. If he built the head, and they determined that clearance was the problem, then Mike needs to step up to the plate and take responsibility.
Mike, be the man....the man that we have heard about so much on this board.
Hobbyholic, please PM me with his phone number. I for one will call and let him know that he needs to do the right thing, or lose my potential business.
This seems as black and white as you can get!

Its a shame when you put so much trust into a company/person and let you down this badI went to AP Racing & they are supposed to be a mega professional company, but they had me over!?!?!?!
Do you guys not have a trading standards office or some sort of government body you can take this to?? if so get 'em told & Mike Simon will have to respond in someway!!!!!!

DAMN
You have worse luck than me!
Dude, if you want to get an engine built, call who I deal with!
www.lr-racing.com
He's tuned my Supra to 686 rwhp, and my S2000 to 350 rwhp. I have a spare shortblock sitting there that needs a rebuild if you want someone to build it. Not only that, but we're in Canada, so it'll be cheap!
4th engine... Jesus... I'd be going postal right about now.

Thanks for the post generations2k. Lets see what the response is. I have spoken to Mike on various occasions and he was also helpful in offering advice and guidance. I am very interested to see what actually transpired.

Just checked out Mike Simon's site. Isn't the S2000 on the front page an HPI Remote Control Nitro car? Look at the hood pins and the helmeted figure in the right hand side (you'll also notice the picture has been flipped by the logo on the side).
