Jdm f20c swap - no oil pressure switch?
Looks the the previous owner blew the stock motor at one point and swapped it for a Japanese engine (yay a few more hp!) however it was running on an aem, I'm taking the car back to stock and here is my issue.
The usdm ecu is looking for an oil pressure switch which the JDM engine doesn't have. Is there a way to simulate the pressure switch?
Can anyone get me the volage output from their pressure switch while the car is on so I can run that voltage into the ecu to trick it?

From what I could find in the helms the vtec pressure switch supplies 0v at low rpm then battery voltage at high rpm. I ran ignition power to ecm connector c 32p to pin 10 (vtec pressure switch)
No luck cel flicks right on, I just jammed wire into the pin hole since the jdm wiring harness doesn't have a wire to splice into...
Any other ideas guys?

I figured it out, wire the pressure switch to the vtec solenoid trigger wire and it works without a problem. If you wish to do a full jdm swap izzie air pump delete and this simple rewire is all that's needed. Also handy if you break the vtec pressure switch.
