Anyways, stop being ignorant, the S2k can be a very quick car for relatively cheap.

Obviously you don't know much about the RX-7's. And in this discussion, its a moot point. Allow me to give another example:
For something like $60 on an LS1 Camaro you can get something like 30hp. Or on the WRX, a <$1 part will get you another 15+hp.
Point is, 350rwhp, at a cost of $6000 in parts alone, that will get something like a second in the 1/4mi IS NOT CHEAP.

Yes, this is true, but if cheap hp upgrades are imprtant to you then the mistake is not the upgrade, but the S.
You can't compre apples and oranges. In terms of S2000 perfomance upgrades you can't beat the Vortech SC for 'Bang for Buck'.

Yes, true. However, on a Camaro LS1, to eclipse the 400 rwhp mark, most have to switch heads and cam. $3000 or so US + the other standard bolt ons.
On the WRX, can you get the stock tiny turbo to hit 350 rwhp without replacing it?
Just like on the talon, the first few mods are cheap and gain big. Once you've hit the limits of the 14b, the cost rises quite quickly. Adding the blower on the S2k is simply skipping immediately to the next level.

$6000 for 350 rwhp sc'ed, or $6000 for 300 +/- rwhp tc'ed. ( if that! )
I think if the diff held together, the car would be easily a mid 12 second car. I've driven BPU Supras that pull about as hard as my SC'ed S.
