jacking jack stands frame advice
Just curious as to what I can or cannot do...
I created a picture in paint below. Is that OK to do? And will jacking up 1 side/jackspot of a car bend anything? Meaning is it ok to do?

The two rails going down the car you pointed out will buckle (cave in some) if you try to jack from there. I would say use the correct jacking points, you have pointed them out with the two green marks.

I believe that there is a front and rear jacking point as well if you want to raise the front/rear instead of left/right. Rear is the diff I'm pretty sure, not sure about the front.

Yes, the green things are jack points.
Yes, you can jack the car up on only one of them if you like.
Yes, you can put jackstands under those frame beams (in blue).
Yes, you can jack the car from the rear diff.
Yes, you can jack the car from the front central jack point in the front subframe under the engine, but most floor jacks can't actually get to it unless you also jack from the side or you run the car up on ramps.
