Which Jack Should I Purchase
i'm looking to buy a jack for some light duty. i realize that i need to use the scissor jack on the side first, or make some ramps to access the front.
what i wanted to know is, which of the two craftsman sets i should go with
3 ton set
2 1/4 ton set
thanks for looking

i don't need anything that hardcore. i've heard that i should just get the 3ton so i wouldn't be putting as much stress on the jack, as i would with the 2 1/4. anyone else think there's truth to that?

I own 2 small cars, so why waste the money on the 3 ton. If you owned a 1 ton truck maybe, but this little guy does the job quite well without emptying your wallet.

Don't buy the Craftsman aluminum race jack which they sell for $140 ish. I bought one 18 months ago and it leaks like crazy and they won't warranty it. After I had the problems, I found out that a ton of people have had the same issues with the same model.

Omega low profile jack
I strongly recommend this one.
I, as well as a few others on here, have this one and it's a beast. Reaches all jack points no problem on the S2000.
