ITB
ive been back in fourth about this and decided that i needed some proffesional opionion.
a friend offered to sell me a ITB for the s2000 for a decent price.
question is now is
1:What other things do i need for the ITB
2:Where to get it installed(mid-a area.)
3:Will my s2000 still be a good reliable daily driver
any thing can help!

I dont think you need anything else tuning may help and re routing the vaccuum lines that on attached to the stock intake box. It shouldnt harm reliability. The other issue that im not sure of is the coolant line that runs through the stock TB is designed to keep the TB from freezing in cold weather, however, this shouldnt be a problem so. my only consideration would be filtration. It shouldnt be a huge factor but you never know

Actually, post in the JDM Forum. That is really a forum for NA Tuning. A couple of the guys that hang out there have gone ITB and can best answer your questions.

couple thing i notice on itb(on b seriese mostly)
it's very very loud
poor gas miles
not much peak increase
people swear by itb are mostly autocross racer, itb can give them the best reaction/response vs spool up time.
depends what is your goal is really, it's actually not that expensive if you piece everything together. before the time of a bolt on itb, people regularly use motorcycle tb, 750-1000cc would be perfect for small displacement motor.

i was under the impretion that Driving a N/A car with an ITB was more fun to drive than a turbo or supercharged s2000. Is there any truth to this?
can people who have driven an ITB and a Turbo pls express their comments.
