Invidia Tip Rivets Loose

Invidia Tip Rivets Loose
Hey,
I have noticed recently that the tips on my Invidia were rattling. After closer inspection it seems that the rivets that are holding tips to the exhaust are loose!
Anyone else had this problem? I don't want to weld it, because it'll lose it's clean finish. Any other solutions to this?
I am a bit surprised at this slight lack of quality when the rest of the product is so good.
Thanks.

I had the same problem and so did one other member. Call JetWorld and let them know that there exhaust is shitty. I dont know why they started riveting there exhausts. The old invidias were welded. Your choices are either weld it or re-rivet it.

It's an easy 10 minute fix.
Use a drill to drill out the two SIDE rivets of the exhaust tip with a 1/8" drill bit. (the other rivets usually are still ok). Then use a hand riveting gun to install 2 new rivets. You will need 1/8" X 1/8" steel rivets.
I had a drill, and bought the riveter and rivets at sears for like $15. The first time I fixed my invidia, I used aluminum rivets and one popped out after a week. Fixed it this time with steel, and have not had a problem since!!
