I had the same problem.

Re-riviting will not solve. (Tried that a few times).

I used some small bolts with spring washers. Only had the exhaust back on for a few hundred miles, but i'm pretty sure they'll hold.

I had this issue when I had an Invidia I re-revitted it with larger rivets and it never came loose again

I treid JB weld, but it did not seem to bond to the Ti

5000 miles and no problems yet.

nearly 20K on my Invidia, and no problem like that.
