Default Intermittent Vibration From Rear

Just purchased this car last week, low miles, everything looks great. Hit highway speeds this morning 70-80 and noticed a pretty bad vibration in the seat. Vibration is intermittent, comes and goes, it is non dependent on speed other than high speeds, or acceleration/deceleration.

Not being familiar with this car, I would assume the best action would be check ball joints then get a free alignment check? I'd say axels but it doesn't vibrate due to acceleration. I'll have to check tire wear again and only being at 32k miles I doubt its struts.

Any advice would be much appriciated

Tried the search but it is always buggy for me, returns no search results.

After I make some small ramps I'll pull the axels off and take a look.

Update, had the the alignment done and new rear tires as the old ones where almost bald at the center. There is no more vibration 70mph and above. the tires did not wear funny and seemed to have worn evenly. Strange how worn tires could produce a vibration that comes and goes.
